Program Description:
In 15 minutes, the 54-question, on-line FIRO-B instrument assesses
a client’s interpersonal needs and the impact of that individual’s
behavior in the workplace. The FIRO-B instrument assesses three
basic needs:
- Inclusion—How
much attention, contact, and recognition we give and how much
we expect from others.
- Control—How
much influence and responsibility we desire and how much we expect
from others.
- Affection—How
much intimacy we extend and how much we expect from others

With its short administration time and straightforward interpretation
process, the FIRO-B instrument quickly gets to the point, demonstrating
